  • Periodic preventive contract maintenance – The purpose of prophylactic inspections is to maintain the continuing operability of the equipment and to minimize the likelihood of a defect that would limit or decommission the equipment.
  • Hotline service – contractual emergency service, the highest form of possible service support with a fixed problem-solving time
